        Nicely decorated mini suite, friendly and helpful staff, and nice breakfast included. The location is on a busline, but the train station is not a quick walk. You could drive to Alwife station and park there to take the T into Boston.

        The hotel is a nice place to stay. The room is convenient to use, it has a kitchen, sofa bed and microwave. There are many restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast is pretty good, warm and filling. Although the AC makes a lot of noise and the room is dry. Also its not too close to subway.

        We've stayed here many times in the past 2 years and the hotel has rapidly declined over the last few months. The location is great. The desk staff are friendly and somewhat helpful. Our toilet seat did not fit the toilet, wrong shape so rim of bowl exposed to someone sitting on it. The towels were treadbare. No bath mat so water from the shower got everywhere. The elevator to the floors was broken. No spoons in the utensils set....
