Taylor Rental Arlington

This place is terrible. I paid over $200 for a helium tank which came with a broken valve. It was a nightmare to fill the ballooons and the crazy part is that the folks who gave it to me KNEW it was broken! Why wouldnt you get that fixed before giving it to people!? Take it out of rotation until then. Its just terrible customer service. When I brought it back I told them this and there was no apology, nothing. Bad business. Last year I rented a helpi tank and half the gas I paid for wasnt even there. Bottom line dont come here!

Staff was ready to help. Serviced same day and it was vital to keep my project moving. I've rented heavy equipment 4 times since. I use the Arlington office anytime they're within delivery range! Great team.

Hate to leave a poor review, but had to share. We tried to use them for our wedding day and they simply never showed up with the tables, chairs, or anything else. We were able to scramble to get it day of because they were closed and didnt answer the phone. We called next day to simply ask for a refund but were told that the driver had picked up the items and swore they were actually delivered, which I knew was a lie since I had to help setup and the pickup location didnt make sense. Well we got a call from the on-site coordinator shortly after that was there for the pickup. She quietly watched as the driver pulled up, sat in the van for 5 minutes, and then drove off. They probably forgot to deliver the items in the back the day before, so they just pretended to pick them up. So after that, we called back and the person we spoke with refused to believe us or refund us, subsequently called us liars, was extremely rude and condescending, and nearly ruined our first day of our honeymoon. Couldnt let their mistake ruin our wedding day, but there are many other options that would be far better to use if you need it. Our large wedding venue has certainly moved on and wont be using their services anymore. There are plenty of better places close by and we shouldve just used them in the first place.
