Excellent service and care. Very prompt, place is spotless, and the technology is state of the art. Dr Merzon is personable, is incredibly knowledgeable and knows his patients. He does his utmost to preserve your teeth and their health. Gail is incredible, knows each and every one of us and you feel like you have found a life long friend. Her ability to manage the schedule, fit you in and follow-up is the gold standard in service. Highly recommend

Top ranked Dental office is spotless with great, polite, pleasant and efficient staff. Dr Murzon is very capable and able to clearly articulate what he's doing and why things should be done the way he recommends. Very well well equipped modern practice, crown is made in-house in 10 minutes, no waiting or sending out and coming back later. Highly recommended!!

I've tried a few dentists in the Boston area and like First Impression the best. Dr. Merzon and his staff are friendly and professional. The main downside is that if you need to reschedule you'll have to wait at least a few weeks.

I wrote a review two years ago almost to this day, at the beginning of my affiliation with the office. I have been consistently treated with professional courtesy, friendly and informative counsel, and successful and thoughtful treatment by all the staff.
