        My sons adult trike broke down on the way to his learning center today. The Quad Cycles team worked together to get the part replaced and my sons trike back on the road, all in the same day. It might just be a trike to some. My son is 13 and has autism and, for him, his trike is his main form of independence. He gets so much joy in riding it and I am so thankful to the Quad Cycles team for working together to make the repair happen for him. Yall are amazing!

        I really want to support local businesses, and I don't want to buy from cheaper vendors online. But to ask $24 for exact same ParkTool tool that costs $16 at REI? And I see the same for other parts. How do you guys justify a 50% markup?

        Brilliant shop, I was helped by Engin who was very helpful and knowledgeable for building a new replacement back wheel after I crashed out my old one. They didnt have any immediately in stock so he built a new wheel and hub and changed my brake cables too! I will absolutely be coming back. The service is amazing and both Rustim and Engin are excellent mechanics
