Since opening up an account I cant say anything negative about the bank nor this branch nothing but positive and excellent customer service and it they definitely will go above and beyond to help you in whatever you need! Big shout out to Karla she was very helpful with answering my questions through the phone today :)

ATM always down,too many problems w computers,long waits but the staff is Outstanding!

This branch seems to be facing some serious problems so I no longer go there. Many of the staff needs more training on basic customer service skills (please, thank you, sorry, and "would you like a bottle of water Mr Kramer it is very hot outside"). I witnessed the bank manager writing the wrong date on basic paperwork- and watched as assistant Varsha (whose professionalism is extraordinary) correct her write in front of me (thank you Varsha!). I have talked to staff at Senator Elizabeth Warren's office about these issues and will continue to do so as they come up.
