Very bad smell inside buildings
And dog P00P everywhere
Structural support in few buildings ? Why ?
Not enough parking
Washer and dryer on ground floor/half way basement very dirty, and my realtor was told by a tenant that they run only on cold water
The Hamilton's, when my realtor asked for building certificate where the showing apartment was never reply to our concerns
Assuming 402 friendly-the smell was well present-we did not ask-but you can tell
