Olga Rotaru is an amazing realtor. She is very professional, highly creative, works hard to actively sell the property and is patient with both sides. She is very knowlegeble about the process and genuinely trying her best to help out. I had a complex and unique property and she managed the entire process with great professionalism and worked tirelessly to please both parties while making herself available to answer any questions at any time. I wholeheartedly recommend Olga as both a buying and selling agent, she is truly the best of the best. We have worked with her on multiple occasions- twice to buy a new home and once to sell a home. She is extremely knowledgeable in the local market and gives great advice without being pushy, she was very attentive to our needs and she was always available to answer questions or talk to us about any concerns we had. Olgas communication and people skills helped to secure the deals quickly. Her attention to detail and diligence were instrumental to make sure the closing goes as smoothly as possible. For example, throughout the closing process Olga stayed in close communication with ourselves and our lawyers and she even took initiative to reach out to the local city hall to resolve last minute permit questions etc. She gave great advise to prepare our home for sale including recommending great lawn services and helping to ensure the home was presentable and appealing for the photos and for the open house. She worked hard all weekend long and held three open houses and multiple private showings to get our home sold quickly and for a great price. If we need real estate services in the future, we will absolutely go with Olga and her team again!
