Mr. Rivers is a pleasant professional to work with. He has been "my PRO to go to" for over 10 years now, and he has been assisting me with all the work on my last 02 houses. He is always super professional and carries a huge amount of knowledge of his business. He cares for your house, as it was his own. Mike was recommended by my realtor, and I am so glad! He reached out to me right after I contacted him and came out on a weekend to take a look at a leaking pipe in my basement. He kept in touch to let me know when he was on his way. He quickly fixed the problem and took the time to explain what he had found and how he fixed it. He was friendly and knowledgeable and, since the fix was really quick, only charged for the visit and not parts or labor. I highly recommend Rivers Plumbing and Heating!
