They did a great job on our project. Everything start to finish was perfect. Will hire them again.

I have hired Paintline Painting twice, once in the fall of 2022 to fix the interior walls of an Andover home into which we had just moved, and one month ago to paint the exterior of the same house. In both cases, I have been 100% pleased with their work. They do a great job, and they do not walk away until their client is fully satisfied with the finished product. I can, without hesitation, fully recommend Paintline Painting. Their prices are fair, and they do an excellent job.

Been holding off on writing this review for a couple years but finally lost my patience. We had picked him almost entirely because of the warranty he touted, and now I realize he will not honor. Just a mess from the get go and I could go on and on. Unprofessional once he knows youre on the hook, and complains about everything he needs to do to accommodate customer. Completely unresponsive and communication skills are piss poor. Customer service is nonexistent. Ive dealt with a ton of contractors having an older home, and he is easily the WORST Ive dealt with. Forget having this guy honor his warranty it is like pulling teeth getting him to come out if you need. I emailed/called him probably 10-15x last year for him to come do touch ups. I started asking at the beginning of the season (March) and he touched it up in November in freezing temps. And guess whatpaint isnt holding. Contacted him again early April this year and have reached out probably 6-7x and its now almost September and NO response. Ok I get you may be busy - a one line email - Ill take care of it by X date is too difficult to write? Or how about just say Im not going to honor the warranty and I move on? So frustrating dealing with this guy. Long story short Im having my house fully repainted at my own expense because this guy doesnt keep his word. Avoid like the plague. Plenty of other painters out there. Would give negative stars if I could. Follow up with facts of ALL correspondence: 3/25/22 - I reach out for paint repairs under warranty 4/2/22 - Paintline says they'll take care of this, and will stop by "one day next week to take a look at what needs to be done" 5/11/22 - A MONTH goes by and I follow up to see when he will be out 5/18/22 - I follow up again to see when he will be out 5/26/22 - Paintline says he's short handed and he will be out this weekend to look at the house and can take care of work next week (note this reply is 4:35PM on Thursday before Memorial Day weekend - one of the busiest travel weekends in America) 5/26/22 - I immediately reply that I'm away this weekend and it would be better to come next week, Wed-Fri 6/7/22 - I check in because I received no reply 6/16/22 - I check in again - no reply 6/22/22 - I check in again 6/22/22 - Paintline says he tried to schedule a time but I wasn't available, will come by at 5PM tomorrow 6/23/22 - Paintline stops by and agrees to do warranty work and asks me to forward him the invoice and the paintcolor. I proactively give heads up that I'm out of town 6/30-7/5 over July 4th weekend. 8/8/22 - I follow up saying it seemed like they'd be out imminently but another 6-7 weeks have gone by 10/21/22 - I follow up saying we're in October and I keep getting no response on when warranty work will be performed 10/21/22 - Paintline says he's already told me the plan (really? when?) and he's sticking to it / will be in touch 10/30/22 - Paintline says they are planning to do repairs this week and commenced work on 11/3/22. Ask any painter if it's recommended to do painting in November...lo and behold the painted areas start failing a few months later 4/9/23 - I follow up at start of season to get repairs done again 5/9/23 - I follow up because no response 5/21/23 - I follow up because no response 6/11/23 - I follow up because no response 8/14/23 - I follow up again because no response late August 23 - I leave negative reviews for Paintline. Note that these outreaches don't include phone calls and VMS - it's ONLY the emails. I say in the reviews that I had to hire another paint company 8/28/23 and onwards Paintline repeatedly asks me if they can do the warranty work (SORRY - HOUSE HAS BEEN REPAINTED AT MY EXPENSE) 3/5/24 - I point out how it took a bad review for Paintline to respond, not the multiple outreaches by a customer 3/5/24 - Paintline admits that it was the bad review that got him to take notice and there's no excuse for the lack of responsiveness. He says he would like to offer a full refund but says he can't actually afford to do so.

Josh (the owner) had his crew do my family room walls, my kitchen/family room and back hall ceilings, and painted my stained wood windows and trim white. I am SO HAPPY! They came at right on time, and immediately went to work. Everything was covered in plastic, floors were totally covered in drop cloths and door handles protected with painters tape. Most professional, meticulous workers I've ever had work on my home. Price is reasonable and Josh responds to phone calls right away. Josh came at the beginning and end of each day and checked everything thoroughly. You will feel very safe and sound with Josh's crew. Nicest most trustworthy guys around. They cleaned up everything, it was neat as a pin upon completion. I will have them back again and again on future projects. Services: Door painting, Interior painting

The client contacted us back in April 2022 & we quickly responded to setup a time to take care of his warranty work. The client denied & said he was not available/ready to schedule. The client contacted again in July 2022 to schedule & we responded quickly & since the client denied our first available scheduling time the next availability was for the fall of 2022. We came out in the fall and took care of all warranty work for the client. The client contacted again in 2023, unfortunately the unprecedented rains from spring through the summer made scheduling exterior projects very tough. Most all of our clients were understanding of this. We had explained this to the client and have already made countless attempts to honor our warranty and schedule a time but the client would not reply. If the client would still like to proceed and have the warranty work done. We are happy to do so for him.
