Vanessa was great, she communicated well and let me know what to expect for my first massage. I never had a professional massage before and I already know I am going back to get another one. She was professional and made the environment relaxing while also helping me with some tension in my upper back.

Lisette is the best! I come here every couple weeks to deal with my chronic back pain from a permanent injury. Her massages always have the right amount of pressure and just are great and always help me feel better. You do have to book in advance if you want her fabulous massages though because she gets booked up quick. It's super worth it, definitely make Nourish Room the next place you book a massage!

I have some high standards when it comes to massages and seeing new people always gives me a little bit of anxiety because Im afraid of wasting my time and money on something I dont love. HOWEVER! Vanessa was amazing! She asked me what I needed focus on and she delivered. The pressure was everything. I was able to relax and zone out all while still getting a deep tissue massage. I think thats a skill. I have already booked my next massage with her. 10/10 highly recommend.
