        This hotel is very lovely! We highly enjoyed our room, the breakfast was tasty, the space was clean and the staff were super welcoming and friendly! In fact, were booking again for next months visit!

        Ive stayed at Sonesta suites over the past few months for business and overall it has been a good stay except that they repeatedly try to barge into my room on the day of checkout before 9am. Checkout is at noon. Im currently here, and twice theyve been here to knock. I opened my door to find 3 men standing there, two of them supposedly to clean the carpet in the room. At no time during my 4 night stay was I informed that the carpet had to be cleaned, and should expect people to be at my door. On one occasion, my husband was sitting in the living room drinking his coffee when they just opened the door on him; no knocking! This is totally unacceptable, and Ill be taking my business elsewhere. Its interesting to note that no housekeeping is offered during my stay ever, but theyre early when its time to checkout!
