Cooperstown environmental installed a sub slab ventilation system to stop fuel oil vapors from coming up through my basement floor (due to a leak from my neighbors underground oil tank).
I spoke with Isaac Anderson who came up with the system.
Isaac took the time to explain everything that had to be done and the work was done well.
The system worked so well that I was able to sell my house which changed my life.
I highly recommend this company.

We reached out to Cooperstown upon learning that DEP records had our property listed for an issue that we thought we resolved decades ago! Reeling from the news we contacted Cooperstown after looking over every review we could find online about the firm. Fortunately, Jim answered the phone that day and we were immediately put at ease. We appreciated that no false promises were given, but that they would do their best. As it turns out our filing was due to an old glitch in the DEP system. Given the age of the situation, Jim advised that we proceed with a full environmental study. Throughout the entire process Jim, Lauren, the office staff and others in the organization were patient, professional and readily available to address any questions we had. We highly recommend Cooperstown.
