Mold removal in attic during 90 degree heat. The team worked in really difficult conditions. The attic was cleaned and disinfected using incredible safety steps. Allen Young, the President, was there as needed. He followed up on everything he promised and the house was left cleaner than upon arrival. Thank you to the whole team

Atlantic Bay Contracting was great! We had two pipes freeze during a recent cold spell and they were super easy to work with for moisture mitigation. We needed to have some drywall tested for asbestos and they provided contacts for a number of local options. We needed somebody to do drywall repair and painting and they provided options for that. The team on-site was super nice and didn't make any mess at all (quite the opposite of our plumbers) and they worked with me to find an alternative disinfectant as I didn't want anything with quats around my kids. Allen, the owner, even brought my daughters some coloring books when he stopped by to check on the work. I hope we don't have cause to need abatement or remediation again in the future, but if we do we'll definitely reach back out to ABC. Allen and his team is amazing! They were super accommodating with scheduling and also took the time to answer any questions and concerns we had along the way. Allen and his team came and made sure the process was safe especially since we had a baby in the house. Very upfront and honest! Would 110% reach out to them again if anything else happened! Im not one to write many reviews but when a company stands out, you must give credit where credit is due. I hired Atlantic Bay Contracting to remove the asbestos tile in my finished basement. Allen was so easy to talk to. He didnt belittle me when I asked questions and he informed me during the initial assessment everything I needed to know about what the project would entail, then communicated with me throughout stages of the project. The crew was timely every day. They were meticulous in their work and made sure the area was contained and safe during the entire process. Upon leaving, they confirmed all areas were clean and cleared of debris and verified that I was happy with the work they did. What an awesome team of people. You dont find that too often these days. I would certainly use them again and would recommend their services in a heartbeat.
