Great staff and good facilities. However there are too many false fire drills. It happened twice in my first two weeks moving in.

Lived here at Trac 75 for over a year, just moved out this May. I would love to say that the management team does care about the residents. I have had a fairly good experience here at Trac 75. Gotta say that there are few problems.
1. My room is facing the railway. You have to be very tolerant to the noises from both the track and the highway. Dont even think about opening your windows.
2. The garage door remained out of order for a very long time, until the time I left, it was still out of order. Because of this, I have personally lost some properties that I put in the garage. Luckily, the management reimbursed my loss.
3. During my first couple months here at TRAC 75, the fire alarm had run off three times, which is unbelievable. I think the first time was caused by an actual fire at the trash room located on the first floor. Others were just false alerts.
4. Just before my move-out date, there are dogs starting to pee in the elevators. The smell stinks. Good thing is that the cleaning person usually cleans it once he finds out pretty quickly.
Great shoutout to the head of maintenance, Jimmy, a great guy, always helpful. Overall, I had a pretty experience with my time here at TRAC 75 and I wish the management keep this place great.

We can't say enough wonderful words about our leasing consultant, Morghan Morrison. She was beyond helpful and knowledgeable while working with our daughter to find the right apartment. She made the whole process very easy...even with the challenges of COVID. This is an excellent and safe location. Trac 75 has beautifully designed apartments and great amenities. Love the dog park, in-unit washer/dryer and private underground parking...to jut list a few. Getting into Boston is a breeze with the nearby commuter rail and green line. We highly recommend Morghan and Trac 75!
