We are in need of repair on our furnace due to a chemical smell being emitted, i just had surgery and the home is freezing. My husband was told he does not service anything he did not install. Perhaps his website should state that rather than it stating he does repairs. Very disappointing and I will make sure not to recommend him as he apparently only does repairs on his own installations. I will reply to you- my husband did NOT tell you it was a recently installed furnace as it isnt, its 10 yrs old. So apparently your memory is not what you think it is in your defending terrible behavior. You are receiving the rating you deserve from your own actions. Im disappointed you feel the need to comment when you know very well no one told you a new furnace was installed hence why there was no one to call and you were called.

Probably OK was disappointed that this company didn't even want to help with my plumbing problem. Too busy with heating customers to worry about plumbing. Should change the name to Steve's Heating and when we feel like it maybe plumbing. Need Plumber? Call Greg LaFontaine who will help in a flash.
