Cool place; I've never had the opportunity to go in personally but I work nearby and the ladies are always considerate and pleasant. *Edit* It's always a shame to see a small business shutter their doors; especially after changing ownership so recently. It certainly comes as a surprise; it seemed as though there was always a large group of people attending classes all throughout the day and a distinctly devoted audience. They clearly knew what you were doing and I'm hoping they are able to find a new place because it seemed as though they built quite the loyal customer base! Obviously, the exercise business is tough; with all the major health club chains I can only envisage the difficulty of competing in such a corporate dominated market. Sadly this isn't an anomaly but an unfortunate occurrence every other small business is facing as the bitter reality in this new bleak world of the "internet generation" where everything is available for less money with just with the click of a finger; not even having to do so much as leave your home! I can see how it's tempting and convenient but please think of the long term consequences everyone. Local businesses are closing almost daily and either being transformed into another corporate echelon or purchased by one of the same 5-10 men who seem to own half the town at a frankly alarming rate! I hate to reiterate the usual cliche but this is a textbook reminder to always shop local when possible; especially small businesses who need your help the most or they will woefully fade away like the rest of them to the large corporate chains that sadly seem to pop up on every corner lately. Anyone who has owned or even taken part in a small business knows it's practically impossible to compete; the scale in which they operate allows them to buy huge amounts at great discounts which results in a lower price down the line for your everyday consumer but alas your local mom and pop just can't justify this; the corporations are serving the entire country while these local businesses are there for you! Always remember that we as consumers are the only ones who can stamp out this madness! Pay the extra buck for a local coffee, eat at a local restaurant, support small shops, go to your local farmers market, etc... While it might cost a little more upfront, and believe me I know things are tight for everyone; the friendships you make, the greater sense of community and the improvements to the economy will be worth it; trust me! To the recent owner/s; as contrite a subject this is; l know this is a tough day but I wish you the best and I'm sincerely rooting for your success! You clearly knew what you were doing and showed! To the old owner; I hope you're savoring retirement and living your absolute best life! I know people are dealt tough hands but you just have to roll with the punches sometimes as they say. I'm trusting you're enjoying your time south and living life to the fullest!

Fantastic schedule of so many different types of classes, each one guaranteed to leave you exhausted and happy to have attended. Karen is amazing. Her kickboxing class is my favorite. You won't be disappointed.

The classes are great, the instructors as well as other participants are very friendly and helpful to newbies. They have modifications so they classes are great for any level.
