BEWARE THIS IS MY SECOND REVIEW. If I could give a zero I would its horrible the most expensive cup of coffee yet again they charge me for it because I told them what they were doing wrong saying they send a statement each month when 1st I already paid them and 2nd I got 4-6 letters from them in a span of 2 months thats a little obsessive especially when I already paid you so much so this is my second review on how expensive that cup of coffee was and the lady who answered the phone was so unprofessional she needs a course in customer service I had to answer the phone and say hello is this ouellette plumbing she was rude and had an attitude problem didnt even check to see how much I had to pay just asked for my name and my card number and I told them to send me confirmation on my email or through the mail anything so I wouldnt have to pay for a cup of coffee for a third time. Dont waste your money here they have no sympathy and dont care about the community they have business in!!!!!! And they love to delete the reviews that tell the truth about them!
