Not bad, kids thought it was cool. But goto the bathrooms in town. There are only 2 toilets at the "station" and are long lines. If you come from out of town, arrive 45 minutes early to get your place in the bathroom line.

This is the starting point for the Berkshire Valley train ride.

Went for the fall foliage train ride and what a waste of time. Never again will I do that.

A let down based on the other reviews. Had grand expectations but the train windows were very dirty and hard to see out of or take pictures. The track was mostly lines by thick woods or dense, overgrown brush. The narration was good but the scenery mentioned was hard to see with all the trees and brush obstructing the view. Finally, a soundtrack of music played throughout the rise disrupting peaceful conversations amongst our group. Kidsight love riding a train but Amtrak has better vistas and creature comforts only lacking the narration.
