One of the best massages of my life. Visiting from Virginia Beach my neck locked up and I could barely move. When I called, the owner/ massage therapist was able to see me on a Sunday. She also spend over 2 hours working on me. She was so educated in body work and the connective tissue that needed to be treated along with the muscles. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Adams has a gem in this business. I hope to see this business thriving the next time I visit. Also the pricing was very fair.

I highly recommend getting bodywork done by Jess! I instantly felt comfortable and very easy to talk to. Jess was very kind, funny, and knowledgeable! I have been to multiple massage therapists over the years, that yes I felt relaxed and better afterwards, but the approach that Jess takes is a whole new level of feeling better that I didnt know was possbile! Jess knew exactly what needed to be focused on and I just trusted her to do whatever she felt needed to be done since she was spot on! She focused mainly on my upper back/neck/head area (which is where I tend to hold everything so I was not surprised at all) and walked me through step by step on what to do and more importantly why she was doing it. I had no clue how jammed up my muscles were and have not been able to move my head as freely as I can right now! It is lovely!! thank you again, Jess! See you hopefully sooner rather than later
