        Revised: In the process of buying a new home and I need a homeowners quote for part of owning the home. It's been approximately 3 weeks since I've contacted them about a home and no response from there team to not even get any information on a plan or any qualification. Very poor customer service so far. After leaving thus review Greylock actually called me to try and resolve this issue I had with my original review. They offered help and actually tried to resolve the problem. For that they definitely deserve the revisit and up from 2 to 4 star.
