They have been having all kinds of signs out saying that they are hiring, but I have put in 3 applications in the past 4 months and I have called and asked about my application but I keep being told they will give my name to the hiring manager and then no one ever calls back. Very unprofessional.......

In 2023, I purchased a used 2019 B&B Hoosic from the original owners and the company refuses to communicate with me regarding build specifications or refer me to local service people. Either they dont have the paperwork (specs for all the installed appliances, materials, etc) or they really dont care about long term customer service. I hope they have the original owners excellent customer service. That said, the Hoosic is an incredibly adorable living space. After 3 years, (and three total towing events) there are leaks at 2 of the lower window seams, the wiring to the HVAC is faulty, thermostat no longer works, and sinks were leaking (until I used plumbers tape and sealant to fix it). Some design choices baffle me - the lack of drain pain under the hot water heater, gaps in siding, poor drip lines on the roof (even when level), gray water drain spout is non-existent, the bathroom sink was never attached to the wall, etc. The caulking around the entire structure was sloppy. The ceiling in the lounge area looks like painted plywood. Was it to save money, choices made by the design team? Or did the owners design it this way? I wish I could ask all these questions directly.
