Contractor Craft completed a challenging project in our 100 year old house - the only construction company out of four that had the confidence to take on the job. James is extraordinary. He was great to work with. He's a respectful and fair negotiator and came in within budget and ahead of schedule. He kept me informed at every step, explaining the technical aspects of the project in a way that I, a layperson, could understand.
James' references were great, but since this was one of his first projects after starting his company, I was not sure if he had the skill and experience needed. I needn't have worried: nothing fazed him, nothing came up that he and his crew couldn't handle. In fact, they went above and beyond in every way.
It was a complete pleasure to work with James and his crew. Their work ethic, professionalism and good humor made living with this 3-month long project easy for my husband and me. Our house is safer and more comfortable as a result of their work, and we thank them for doing such a great job for us.
