        My friend ordered a large hot mocha latte, and they gave him a small iced mocha latte. Then, they filled his large drink with ice and claimed that they had fixed his order.

        This place should be renamed to BlackFEE Cafe. Their top skill is charging random fees. Won't take orders over the phone, online orders have ridiculous fees and now even in person orders have a "House fee"... what?! Next is fee processing fee. To put the icing on the cake, I watched the employee at the register take cash and credit card from the customers, process their orders and then build a plate and deliver to a table without wearing gloves. Maybe customers should be receiving a sanitary discount
