Village Detail

I highly recommend Village Detail! From start to finish, their service was exceptional. The team was incredibly professional and attentive to every detail. Dan helped me set up my appointment and sent confirmation texts and reminders prior to my appointment. Rob called me to let me know that there was an additional charge for the dog fur (I work with dogs, so no surprise there!) and wanted to inform me before continuing with the interior detail. I appreciate the transparency and great communication. My car looks amazing, inside and out. Not a speck of dirt or dog hair in sight! Their attention to detail truly sets them apart. I am not happy with my experience. I spoke to a man about removing my tints over the phone, he suggested I come down so he could take a look. He spoke confidently about removing, and said he himself would do it and treat my car like his own. The appointment day I spoke with the manager who was very nice. I was confident my car would be taken care of. I left my car there from 9-4pm to have tints removed and head lights restored. When I returned at four my car battery was dead, my windows were covered in glue and my headlights still had a mess of white stuff all over them and the whole job was half assesed. I couldnt even roll down my passenger window because of the glue left. I spoke to the manager who insisted of fixing the windows and I came back the next morning, he rushed to get the glue off my windows and permanently scratched them with a razor blade!!! I am awfully angry, my car was not treated properly and it was completely immature and unprofessional service. It cost me $225 to get my windows scratched and head lights barely restored + my time wasted + ruined my car battery!!!!!! Beware this place is terrible! Being nice doesnt make up for the bad quality!

I believe this was the third time I've been to Village Detail. They did a tremendous job on a full interior detailing, with friendly reliable service.

I had my F250 truck ceramic coated and they did an exellent job, would highly recomend Dan and his team. Truck looks great.
