        This is an awesome bike store and I highly recommend it! My previous bike store was Belmont Wheelworks, until I moved to Concord a couple of years ago. I was happy with my previous bike shop but then discovered Pedal Power Bike & Ski in Acton and haven't looked back! I am buying my third bike from them this week. Jay is a great sales guy and John is my go-to bike tech. Both are excellent resources for anything bike: makes, models, features, accessories, shoes, helmets, etc.

        We have been buying bikes for our family at Pedal Power (under same ownership) for over 40 years. They are super knowledgable and the service is excellent. Most recently we purchased an adult power assisted tricycle for my wife. She loves it. It was a new model and type for them to handle, so they spent even extra time working out all the manufacturer's problems while assembling it so that it was good for us to use. I got a new high end road bike, and they let me try out many different seats until I got one that worked.
