Service people were friendly, were transparent with the costs and stuck to the estimates. When things didn't go as planned, they stood behind their work. Will definitely continue to use them!

Did a complete brake job and a tie rod replacement on a Lincoln MKX. Staff was respectful and professional. Work was done as promised. Altogether a good experience.

We have a long history with Acton Ford. The problems began January of last year. We had a warranty issue with one of the doors. It wouldnt open from the outside so we brought it in. They said they fixed it but whatever they did didnt work. We took it in again about a month later and they said they have to replace the part that opens the door and they gave me a crazy parts and labor price. I said it was under warranty and they said that our 5 year extended warranty had just passed our expiration date. I said this was a problem prior to it expiring and they need to get it covered. To this day the manager still tells me they are working on the claim. Fast forward to a few months ago we went in for an oil change and multi-point inspection and were told that my wifes brakes were in great condition. About a week ago we started having some issues with the brakes and they said they couldnt see us for at least 3 weeks. So I went to my dealership (my wife has been loyal to them for 20+ years and I went to Acton Dodge jeep and bought a jeep and last year traded in for my Ram because Ford was so expensive) and they got me in within a week. I was told with 20 minutes of being there we need all 4 breaks replaced. Now how do your breaks go from being in the green (meaning great shape) to needing to be replaced within 2 months? Hmmmmall this to be said we are officially done with Acton Ford.
