I loved all the attention to detail from Jackie to Denise and her entire team. Our driveway was peculiar due to its age and that the garage is actually a bit lower than the street level. Once the crew came out to remove the old asphalt they noticed the dirt was extremely saturated with water. It was muddy and could not hold the heavy machinery. We waited a few weeks to let the dirt dry but unfortunately when the crew came back out it was still a bit wet to work on. We were reschedule again a few weeks later and finally the driveway was put down. It looks great and me and the wife love it. I do have some concerns with the pitch of the driveway whenever it rains but I'm in constant communication with Denise and will hopefully get this small issue resolved. Was John Cooper Paving the cheapest option available? No but would I pick them again if I had the choice? Absolutely! You will not go wrong with John Cooper Paving. The entire experience from meeting Denise to discuss my driveway needs to Jacquie in the office coordinating all the moving parts, to the on time crew that flawlessly performed the work and met my every need. I cant say enough good things about Cooper Paving. If youre thinking of paving your driveway you cant do better from price to quality. 10 out of 10, I highly recommend! we needed to replace our driveway and have used John Cooper in the past , were very happy with their service. From the first call to Jackie in the office to the completion of the driveway, everyone, Denise, Jackie, the work crew, were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, personable....just a pleasure to work with. When Denise came and gave us the estimate it was less than we thought it would be. I really cannot say enough about John Cooper Paving & Sealing and they will be back next spring to sealcoat.
