        I can't say enough about Teresa Woodside. She is very professional, personable, and considerate of the residents at Woodlands Way. I appreciate her willingness to solve any issue in a timely manner. She has fantastic communicating skills and is always polite, friendly, and helpful. I am happy and will continue to live here. Honestly, having a great property manager makes all the difference.

        I lived in Abington Woods for probably 3 years Keith Anderson one of the best management people I've ever meant completely professional actually cares about the tenant which is very rare these days

        We have been living here for 6 months now and we love it! Our unit was renovated with fresh paint and brand new carpets just before we moved in. Maintenance is very responsive and minor issues were fixed promptly. Julie from the management team was a great help when we first were interested in a unit. She helped us by giving us a tour and giving us the information needed to apply which made the application process super smooth. The property grounds are beautiful, and very well kept. Neighbors are polite and quiet. We do hear the train, but our building is directly in front of the tracks, we got used to it very quickly. There is a no smoking policy which is a super plus! No "pet rent", water being included in the covered utilities, and an in-unit washer and dryer really sealed the deal for us. Couldn't have had a better experience, I recommend Woodlands to everyone and anyone!
