        Terrible customer service. I was given a deadline and when the deadline came I was told it was going to take longer than I was guaranteed. I had to pressure the employee that I in fact needed my documents by the deadline and any longer would simply not be acceptable.

      Hi Izzy, For translations, we always inform our clients that the deadline is 5 business days, with the possibility to be ready before due to our demand.Our system states that you left the document to be translated on October 2, 2023, in this case the due date would be supposed to be on October 9, 2023, however we notified you that the translation was ready to pick up on October 5, 2023 (3 business days).When leaving the document to be translated, it is understood that the client is agreeing to our suggested deadline. We always notify the client if it is not possible to meet the agreed deadline. Please let me know if we can help you with anything else.
