When I arrived at the New Day office, I didnt know what to expect. My emotions was all over, I had mixed feelings about counseling and I was very much upset with myself in general. When I walked in the office Mrs. Johnson greeted me with professionalism and a warm smile. Although I was still overwhelmed, the office was very clean, neat and comforting. Which I will admit, it made me feel at ease. I felt welcomed! Mrs Johnson was very attentive in her assessment. We were able to have healthy dialogue. She wasnt pushy nor did she make me feel like I was being bombarded with questions. The conversation between she and I just flowed. I felt like Ive known her for a while! The mixed feelings, emotions and me being upset was NO LONGER!! If I had to describe Mrs Johnson with two words, Id say shes caring and disarming!!! She was able to disarm me from the feelings I had about counseling. I went on to have several sessions with Mrs Johnson, and I always felt like I took something away from each session. That saying you learn something new everyday is real. I learned something new and I learned more about myself as well. I STRONGLY recommend Mrs Johnson and New Day Counseling!!! Mrs Johnson, if youre reading this.Thank you!!!
