False promises, zero follow-up, and a useless foam product that does nothing. On top of it, this company caused damage to my home, while working in my attic. They have five star ratings, but my experience was a 1. I was advised that they would refer me to an HVAC company, due to their insulation work being ineffective, they never followed up. They just want your money, that's it. Good luck. Update: Lets stop the nonsense. I reached out with a VERY specific issue. You are the experts in what you do, I listened to your recommendation, for what was needed. Bottom line is VERY VERY SIMPLE, the rooms that I complained about, are STILL cold. Its clear this was an HVAC issue and not insulation. Your 15 years of experience should have caught that. Nonetheless, your recommendations, and all the work that was done, has not changed my situation at all. The only thing that has changed is 5,000 dollars wasted. Second, you mentioned that you shared the HVAC quote, that's a lie, hence why I made this post, your lack of follow-up. In fact, I waited from Thursday 4/4/24 of last week, until today 4/10/24 to make my post. I was assured by your office that somebody was going to email the quote. Never happened, in my line of work, your word is your bond. You guys will say anything. Third: the HVAC company left a hole in my wall for over a day. Another lie, in your response. It was not same day....the left a hole in my attic, overnight. Anything else you care to lie about? I don't want anything to do with your business ever again, you took advantage of a first time home buyer and recommended over 5k in work, that was not needed. This is my experience, learn to respect that.

We're overjoyed with our decision to choose Winner Insulation! Right from the initial consultation, David took the time to explain how spray foam insulation could tackle our second-floor summer heat issues and reduce the constant strain on our A/C. His thorough explanations and patient expertise made us confident in our choice, not to mention the fantastic pricing! Scheduling our service with Winner for our detailed energy audit was seamless, and they were incredibly accommodating. When the Winner teams (with two trucks!) arrived promptly, they were not only courteous and friendly but also clearly enjoyed both their work and collaborating with each other. The service was completed quicker than anticipated, and our home was left spotless. The results were immediately noticeable. The air on the second floor is now comfortably cool, without the previous heat and humidity issues, and our A/C cycles on and off as it should to maintain the set temperature. It's almost hard to believe it's the same house! Winner Insulation embodies professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, efficiency, effectiveness, and it's proudly Veteran-Owned and Operated.
