        After 2 appointments here they failed to complete my work order for a windshield replacement. The first appointment I was informed about 2 hours after my appointment time that they couldn't complete the work because of an error code on the scan. The second appointment after waiting an hour I was told that they couldn't complete the scan with no explanation as to why. Scheduling online was easy. Receptionist was friendly.

        I dont know if its just this location or if Safelite is always like this, but after they kept rescheduling my appointment week after week I finally just cancelled and got my money back. Every week was some excuse as to why they couldnt come. Multiple times they called the day of to tell me the glass broke during shipment, a few times because of bad weather, and another time they just made me wait all day and then after the 5 hour window when they were supposed to be here I just got a text saying it was rescheduled for the next day when I wouldnt be in town and when I tried calling to ask why it was cancelled no one would answer. I am so tired of making zero plans one of my off days every single week just for them to cancel. I am done. Id rather have a broken windshield than deal with them ever again.
