        My wife and I found OG Maintenance Services LLC while visiting an apartment complex into which we were considering downsizing. Its exceptional condition was impressive and we asked who maintained it. The owner of that company, Ovi, happened to be on-site, so we met, talked and arranged an "initial" cleaning of our home. The price was very reasonable and the areas cleaned by the owner and his helper were extensive to say the least. They even used a ladder to reach places we rarely had. After that cleaning we arranged to have it done monthly and have found that these subsequent cleanings are as thorough as the initial work, and at an even more reasonable price. With this help we feel we can stay in our current home and "age in place".

        Ovi (owner) and his team are professional, courteous, prompt, and incredibly detail-oriented. We are so impressed! I have recommended his company to family, friends, and neighbors. He is very communicative in asking questions and sharing information to ensure the job is completed exactly as desired. His crew always wears masks and shoe coverings. He provides estimates and is willing to clean on whatever schedule is desired (e.g., once a month, twice a month, weekly, etc.). Choose OG Maintenance Services, LLC and you will not be disappointed!
