        I called them on a Wednesday, and the technician arrived on Friday, on time, went right to diagnosing the problem and within minutes, knew exactly what the problem was. Every step of the way, they kept in touch through texts and emails. Not only that, but I was lucky enough to need a part that was in stock! He's coming back on Wednesday to finish the repair, and I couldn't be happier. Thank you, Aire Serv of Martinsburg

        Aire Serv did a professional job on installing our heating/AC system. Herbie and Charles (the technicians) were professional and friendly. Jim (the owner) was very pleasant and was eager to help us in a timely manner. We had an issue with the amount of noise being produced by the air going through the ducts and they were prompt in responding to our concern. With a minor adjustment the problem was corrected Great work! We will be calling them again when the handler in the attic finally goes kaput. Service: Heating system installation
