We recently settled on a townhouse at Homestead Acres in Hanover, PA. We worked with Greta Bill, a Sales Consultant with Dan Ryan Builders in the Washington West Region, throughout the entire process. Greta was truly amazing to work with. We started the homebuying process back in January 2022 and came across the model home at Homestead Acres. That is where we first met Greta. She was just so warm and caring and welcoming and we knew right away that Greta was the one we wanted to work with....and we were definitely not disappointed. We had never purchased a brand new home before and it can be an overwhelming process. Greta assisted and guided us the entire way as we planned our dream home. Greta was so patient and answered every question and responded to every single phone call and text message and believe me there were many. She kept us informed of all updates/progress during the entire building process. She always made us feel that we were her most important clients. I would highly recommend Greta to anyone looking to purchase a brand new home.
