Theresa was the most wonderful, customer oriented real estate agent we have had ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She enduring many obstacles such as major storm damage to the house for sale which was a part of a relatives estate. This delayed making the house available to sell but she stayed with us offering advice and even doing onsite inspections with reports to us. Theresa is an all in all great realtor! She was very professional, very friendly, and very personable! No matter how much I fussed, she always kept the same professional demeanor. Theresa was amazing to work with, she valued our time and money. She was patient and answered any questions we had. We were referred to Theresa by a family member after having no luck prior. Within 2 weeks of working with Theresa we had a signed lease agreement! I would highly recommend working with Theresa!

What a great experience working with Theresa! Everything was first class, and she was so responsive. We interviewed 5 different relators and Theresa made us the most comfortable of all of them. One relator told us he sold many more houses than Theresa, but he would have listed our house for $15,000 less than what Theresa recommended (I guess you can sell more houses if the price is cheaper). We got more than we hoped for by using Theresa and sold our house in just 10 days. When we had concerns and reached out to her it didn't even matter to her that she was on vacation in Myrtle Beach, she called us right away and took care of the issue sending us specific paperwork we needed from there. Theresa was great! We are very happy! She's the best!
