      image My experience with CarMax has in all honesty been a nightmare. I purchased my vehicle on March 4, 2023. On March 6, 2023 my vehicle has been with CarMax service department. Here it is March 19,2023 and my vehicle is still with CarMax. My car is financed through CarMax and I am sure that they will be wanting their car payment on April 18, 2023 for a car that I have only had in my possession for 2 days.
