Kindness Animal Hospital: Hoffeld Erika DVM

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR PET!!!! I scheduled an appointment for my cat and showed up at my appointment time only to be told I didnt have an appointment and then they refused to see me. All I really needed was a quick nail trim. They refused to schedule this appointment and told me I need to call every morning at 8 am to see if they can see me. How are you supposed to be able to do that and work?! They cant schedule appointments correctly and then wont even fix their error. I will never take an animal there again!!!

Thoughtful, efficient, and professional! Second time here with my pet cat. The doctor is professional and informative. The staff is lovely and I could have not picked a better hospital! Love this place

Very helpful and kind. My dog needed to be seen asap but they said they were booked until june,told me to call at 8am to check for a cancel. The next day they fit my dog in!

My regular vet determined that my 8 yo Shepherd Mix needed some dental extractions as well as a mass removed. As she doesn't perform surgeries, she recommended Kindness Animal Hospital, having worked with them regularly in the past. And it was a great recommendation. Everyone at Kindness was super efficient, communicative, professional and friendly. They provided detailed information ahead of time on what to expect and the explained the process in full... they provided an estimate of projected fees (which actually turned out to be higher than what they charged me)... and detailed follow up and care information upon discharge. The doctor called me as soon as the procedure was done and went over the surgery details, and I was completely comfortable with the entire process. Thanks Kindness for living up to your name!
