I adore MetroPointe! It's a shame I haven't written a review sooner. My apartment here is spacious and flooded with natural light from all the windows. I moved in back in 2020, and here we are in 2024, and I still love it just as much. The abundance of windows really boosts my mental well-being. The staff is fantastic too! Whenever I encounter an issue (which is rare but happens), maintenance (Jeff) is always prompt in fixing things, and Ms. Jaqueline at the front desk is simply amazing. She consistently goes above and beyond, along with Jeff, to ensure everything runs smoothly. Cant recommend this building enough !

I love living at Metropointe apartments!! Although Im a fairly new resident I might say everything here is top tier!! Especially the staff in the leasing center ! Theyre what makes this place as great as It is . And Im so thankful for them and their kindness and support 24/7 . I love this place and I look forward to being here for a very long time .

Being a resident of Metropointe Apartments has been an amazing experience. I love my apartment home, its beautifully designed, perfect for me and has all the amenities I love to mention a few, washer/dryer in each unit, gym and club room for social gatherings, plus its right next to Wheaton metro, Safeway and Wheaton mall some of the great franchises surrounding the apartment complex. Having a great professional, reliable and understanding Management Team makes all the difference in having comfort, security, convenience, great neighbors, great rental rates for amazing Bozzuto designed apartments, clean environment and well-maintained property. The best part living at Metro Pointe is the Property Management and Maintenance Team they are absolutely wonderful, the staff immediately address your apartment needs and make you feel like family. In addition, all the amazing activities the Management Team provides for the tenants all year long. The Property Management and Maintenance team make your concerns important and address them immediately. Metropointe have so many wonderful qualities and features you look for in a home, it is definitely a wonderful place to call home. Thank you for being so wonderful and kind to your residence, we appreciate the dedication and professionalism the staff provides 24/7. I would like to recognize and say thank you to the Metropointe Management Team at Wheaton, MD, Michael Mongeon, Property Manager, Aishah Lucas, Assistant Property Manager, Jacquelyn Bailey, Leasing (Sales/Marketing Associate), Andres Castillo, Service Manager, Jeff Garnett, Assistant Service Manager and Juan Dimas, Porter and Bozzuto Design.

MetroPointe has been such a blessing for me. I moved in 2 weeks ago but since the time I applied I was supported by Jacquelyn their marketing specialist. She continued to support me throughout the application process and worked with me throughout some hiccups I had all the way until my move in. I appreciate the cleanliness and aesthetics of my apartment during move in. They have amazing features. Especially loved the complimentary supplies they included in the apartment like paper towels, toiletries, water and cookies in the fridge and even the mini rubbery ducky . I am so glad I selected this complex to move in to. Love the surrounding community. Its safe and clean. Already feels like home. Thank you MetroPointe. Looking forward to my year lease here.
