We have used Thomas Roofing for our prior house, my moms house and my uncles when they passed away to prepare them for sale, and now on our new house. Weve been in our new house for only 4 1/2 years but part of the ridge vent blew off because the subcontractor working for our builder seemed to have run out of the proper wooden anchors and didnt get more to finish. They opted to fashion them out of shingles which, of course, didnt hold against the wind. Merle provided an estimate the next morning, and even in this Covid-19 environment, a crew came to fix it this morning. I was afraid we would have to wait for months. With all the rain coming, they were right on time. Weve been customers since about 2004, and we will continue to be. Thank you, Thomas family, for your integrity and personal approach.
