The first time I called Mike, he answered from a rooftop and immediately responded to my issue. Mike came out to do some temporary repairs and maintained contact by text, email and phone as we tried to find a dry day for the full roof replacement. Mike and his team replaced our roof on a Saturday because that was the first dry day. He took photos of every step & was willing to work with our insurer. Thank you - Highly recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS GUY OR HIS COMPANY. I caution you to ABSOLUTELY seek out another company for your roofing needs. My roof was put on in January, 2023. It came with a warranty (to expire in 2025). My roof is now leaking (December, 2023) which causes water to leak through my ceiling into my house. I texted and asked for Michael to honor the warranty that was paid. First I was told Yes. Then I was told he has the flu. Then we agreed on a date and time. He, Michael, the owner, has not shown up to honor the warranty that was paid for, AND He is not responding to my messages. DO NOT USE THIS GUY OR HIS COMPANY. Your roof will leak AND you will be out of your money. REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE Michael, if your response is even half true, the three times that you agreed to come out to my house to inspect my roof and honor your warranty would have NEVER happened. I contacted you repeatedly after you agreed to come to my house and it took an honest review for you to respond to me AFTER you agreed to come on Sunday at 10am. However, this is not the proper platform to address this issue. I have my warranty in hand and I have taken the proper steps to serve you in Small Claims court. HAVE A WONDERFUL DAY and BUYERS BEWARE

Mike did excellent work on our roof- which was in shambles- and when he said "when we replace your roof, you won't even know we were there" he was accurate! Our new roof looks amazing and Mike and his crew were very professional and courteous. He will be doing quite a few more projects for us in the future (windows, siding) as his work ethic can't be beat. We highly recommend! I called Mike this morning to get an estimate for some minor siding and trim repairs due to a recent windstorm. Mike was able to come the same day to provide an estimate and was able to complete the repairs then and there. Very punctual, reasonably priced and professional. Mike Cimino will be my go-to for any future siding/roofing needs.
