I was quoted a price for replacing a new handle on my hot water shutoff under my kitchen sink. When the fellow got here and looked at it all he had to do was tighten the handle. He didn't have to repair anything. He was a very nice man and said he would call the office to let them know he didn't have to do anything. He said they should only charge me a service call. Well they still charged me almost full price that was quoted for the repair instead of just a service call. The service man even looked surprised. My one star rating is not for the service man it is for the company. I should have looked at the other rating they got from another customer, BEWARE Service: Leak investigation and repair

Nightmare. Came out to fix minor problems. Now I don't have water to my bathroom toilet. christmas eve and they said i could have someone come back in a few days. They created the problem. They have no sense of right and wrong. They should send out an emergency technician but guess what, they refuse to do so.
