Met with Dr Mann for FAA Medical First Class. The experience was great. The total time taken was 45 min. 15 min in waiting 20 mins for all exams and screening and then again 10 mins waiting for the certificate. The staff were also nice. I recommend them to other and will visit Dr Mann next year again.

We came here for an appt via Carroll's bus and were told 15 minutes into our wait time in the waiting room that our 6 month old infant had to wait outside. It's July. And a baby. We informed them of the heat outside but as healthcare professionals who took an oath to do no harm, they did not show any concern.

Showed up here early for a urinalysis, for a potential employer. Waited almost 2 hours just to urinate in a cup. I understand it's a healthcare office, and there were 4 others waiting alongside me. I feel as I was only there for a urinalysis, that I could had just urinated and left them with the cup. I understand I sound selfish and also that's just life and you have to be patient, and spend hours waiting sometimes. But this was ridiculous, the way things go they must be underpaid and understaffed. Next time I will request my screenings take place at concentra so I never go through this experience again. I should had just left.
