Jessica and her team were magnificent! My wife and I were very nervous about purchasing our first home and had many questions. Jess and her team were not only able to ease our nerves and answer our questions, but went above and beyond the call of duty in order to ensure we found and purchased our first home. They are ALWAYS available via text or call at any time to schedule tours, answer questions and anything in between. We ended up looking at many homes and sometimes felt discouraged by the process at times, but Jess said (quote) "We will look at 1,000 houses if we have to". We could not have gone through this life changing journey without her, and we would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Jess and Christina are such a power team! From the beginning interaction of scheduling all the way to closing, I could tell they had me and my husbands best interest at heart. In all that they did to help us find our dream home, they were attentive, very responsive (even sometimes past work hours), and intentional with the home sites we saw. I appreciated Jesss honesty and transparency when it came to the specific questions and concerns we had regarding some of the features of the homes we looked at. Jess was also knowledgeable about the area, offering suggestions for literally everything we inquired about! My husband and I were dead set on our budget and didnt want to go over - Jess made sure that we got what we wanted, within that budget! We walked into our home for the first time and knew that it was the one! I was always reassured by Jess throughout the process, so it made the decision easy for us! I would recommend Jess and her team at Vybe Realty to anyone, any day, any time! In fact, I received so many compliments and congratulations that it caught the attention of a friend of mine looking to move to the area and I am going to connect her and her fianc to Jesss team! This experience was unbelievably quick (which we loved!) and painless. Jess definitely lives up to her reputation and her email address! lol I cant thank her and her team enough! They rock!

Jessica Sauls and her assistant Christine made selling our home a pleasant experience. They advised what we needed to do to get our home to sell quickly and were readily available for follow up consults. They put in their time and effort to make sure the house was ship shape for showings as we had already moved out of town. I cannot thank them enough for a quick and painless selling experience in this interesting market.

Jessica and Christina are such a great team. When my wife and I were just thinking about buying a house she was there and took the time to show us different houses and get excited for a potential move. When we found a great home and wanted to put in an offer, she was there to help us along the way! Then, when the offer was accepted she was able to get us a great deal in the sell of our current home. It was a pleasure to work with her, and she answered every question we had. It was a great buying and selling experience and it was because of her and her team!

Jess was an awesome realtor. She has a ton of knowledge about the housing market and whether a house has any red flags (such as foundation issues etc.) which was incredibly helpful. She was able to help us get our house even in a very competitive market. Truly feel like if it wasn't for her we would not have gotten it! Highly recommend. Cannot say enough nice things about her and her assistant Christina as well who was amazing through our whole home buying experience!
