I would be extremely cautious to deal with this company. My brief experience with them in closing out my fathers insurance when he passed away has been horrendous. ACNB canceled home owners insurance previous to the sale of the house. The shear amount of calls to ACNB (Sharon Shaffer the apparent VP) to clear the issue that ACNB caused was ridiculous. Sharon's response was that this mistake was basically not ACNB fault and that her team do not make these types of errors. I would seriously consider finding another insurance carrier. ACNB should be ashamed to associate themselves with these people! UPDATE: The claim in the response that ACNB did anything to rectify the situation that they caused is a complete LIE! There was no mutual beneficial agreement, there was no solving the issue they caused. It ended with me having to repay the issue that ACNB caused. To top that off ACNB NEVER expressed its condolences for my fathers passing when notified of his passing, only when they knew they caused a problem. Once again BEWARE of this company!!!!

We've had our home and auto through this agency for several years. They have always been great to work with and very responsive to making any changes we need.

We have been so happy with our policies from RIG!! Our agent is ALWAYS responsive and helpful and answers my questions even when I ask her the same ones every year! We have had some substantial claims (ie collapse of our indoor riding arena during "snowmageddon") and the adjusters were incredibly efficient and great to work with. We will never leave! Best agent, best coverage, best company hands down.
