I am so angry and as a responsible consumer I am going to warn and advise everyone who may possibly be in contact with or do business with BKZ Benefits Group not to do business with them. They are deceiving in their paperwork and they do not own up to their mistakes. When we have open enrollment we are given a form to compare our options for coverage where we can choose the best options for our family and opt in or out for dental and vision coverage. This year we upgraded our dental plan and dropped vision based on our family's needs. Well on their form, provided by them, typed by them, showing the comparison between Option 1 and Option 2 they typed multiple false/incorrect numbers as well as coverage. We chose to pay extra monthly for Option 2 this especially because the form states there was Orthodontic coverage offered. I went to set up Orthodontic care for my daughter and was told there was no orthodontic coverage offered with this plan. We went to BKZ Benefits Group asking why this is showing up this way after several weeks of pursuing them it was discovered it was a "typo" on their part, they apologize and that we do not in fact have Orthodontic coverage. I was told that even though we selected this on their form and this is a signed form they are not responsible for their typo or false advertising. When exploring further there are multiple typos on every amount of coverage on their form, not just the "mistake" on the Orthodontic coverage. I was also told it is our responsibility to check and compare their forms where they are comparing apples to apples for the consumer to view to the Carefirst benefits summary, not their job to do their job. So to summarize they are being paid to do a service accurately but cannot be responsible or take responsibility when they don't. I spoke not only to the benefits representative who presented this to my husband but also to the owner of BKZ Benefits Group and he too stands by this mistake and not owning up to it to make it right. I do not advise doing any business with them.

The process was quick and simple and the agent was truly educated and carved out opportunities to make sense of anything I didn't have the foggiest idea. I found solutions to every one of my inquiries regarding insurance contracts. The specialist went about like I was his main client. There was no rush or rush. Extraordinary help!
