Farmers Insurance - Michael Schussler

Very attentive and helpful with questions. I was new to home insurance, and Michael was very accommodating!

We had been with Farmers for several years (home + auto). Once our advisor changed to Michael, the service was not good. We would randomly receive invoices in the mail which upon further investigation weren't actually due, and despite our efforts emailing Michael requesting to stop sending them, it did not resolve. The final straw was when we received a notice stating that our home policy had been cancelled due to no payment received. This was a letter that showed up in the mail, not a phone call or email to personally check in. After checking our mortgage, it clearly showed payment had been received over a month prior. I reached out to Michael via email and phone and received zero response. His team member Brian was able to help me, however the lack of ANY response from Michael was shocking and we have moved our business elsewhere. Hard to feel like he actually cares when he simply doesn't respond to paying customers who have urgent requests.
