    No one should go to this Jiffy Mart!!!! On Tuesday I went to this jiffy Mart to purchase a case of Pepsi and as you know the cases have a handle. I picked up the handle and went to set the case on the counter and before I placed it down on the counter the bottom of the box fell out. At least half the cans fell out and rolled all over the floor. One exploded and the other was uncounted for. The middle eastern gentleman kept telling me to just put my card in the card reader and I was still picking up some cans. I told him to hold on a minute, I wanted to count how many cans I had. After the count there was only 13 cans, when a case has 15 cans.. I asked him if he would replace the 2 cans that I was missing and he said he could not do that because I broke them. I tried to tell him that its not my fault that the box failed me and that he can keep his Pepsi. I walked out! Also, check the neighborhood app (next door) this same jiffy mart was charging more money then he should have for gas. He blamed it on the credit card machine. In conclusion, I have told this to various friends and family and everyone I have spoken to says the same think that they hate that guy because he is so rude and disrespectful. This place is very shady!!

    Has been a convenient place to stop for gas on my way home from work two to three times a week. Lately though, I must go into the store to get my receipt most visits. Tonight, I stopped in for gas (Pump 7). Of course the receipt did not print at the pump. One cashier working, insists on ringing out customer behind me in line before printing my receipt. The cashier did not know how to print the receipt, said there was no one working that did, and insisted he needed the exact amount of the purchase to provide the receipt. Walked back to the pump, noted amount $76.67. Cashier was not able to print the receipt, and then went into back of store and returned with "Manager Mary" who was able to print the receipt. Mary told me that they didn't worry about the receipts printing at the pump, and would try to remedy the issue when they weren't busy. I asked if I could have contact information for the manager and General Manager or Owner of the store. Mary said I could come back at 3 AM to see Manager Shawnee, but wouldn't give me any other information. For what ever time I thought I could save by stopping at Jiffy Mart, was more than lost by the pumps not printing receipts, waiting until other customers were waited on, the incompetency of the cashier, the initial refusal of the cashier to get his manager, and the time it took for subsequent interactions. Hence-forth I will assume the two added minutes to get in and out of the nearby Royal Farms store to be well worth the time expended.

    Took my dog to the dog wash. Only takes cash now. No soap in either the regular or tearless selection. Cashier wouldnt refund my money. So Im out an hour of my day and 5 bux. My dog smells like a wet dog and now I had to take him for a 30 minute drive to get him a bath.

    Good gas prices and easy access but my three star is for the service station. Stopped to get air in my tire and they charge for tire air. $2 for 5 minutes of air. Not a digital pump. Horrible access to the air pump. I will not be using their service again unless I am running on fumes.

    The store has C4 drinks advertised on sale for $2.59 but at register they are ringing up almost double that. I questioned the advertisement on the door of the refrigerator and the guy told me that it was for monsters not C4 even though the pictures are c4 cans. So I got a monster and it rang up 3.16 cents. The guy in turn mumbled some excuse and I walked out with a monster frustrated. I also decided to buy one anyways to make sure i had proof of pricing. I even said to the guy that the price tags should come down if not the correct thing. He shrugged and said its what the register says it is. This is blatant false advertising. Be careful when getting things here and make sure you are charged properly. They will not say anything to you and overcharge.
