Mr. Lee at JoyTech was phenomenal in every way!!! He fixed our heating system so quickly & so nicely in November 2022. He was knowledgeable, prompt, responsive, efficient, effective, & professional!! He diagnosed the problem quickly & answered all our questions very clearly. He found the parts for our old old heating system on the afternoon of his first visit, came the following day, & fixed our heating within an hour!! He even figured out how to connect the new tricky thermostat very efficiently! His pricing was also even beyond reasonable!! We were very impressed with how quickly Nak was able to come out and fix our AC, his professionalism, and honesty. It stopped working Thursday night and we called Friday afternoon and Nak scheduled to come out 9am Saturday morning! He was finished up in an hour and we hadit back to a normal temp withing a couple hours! He is upfront and reasonable about cost and let us know when he thought something wasn't necessary.
