        Normally I love Burlingtons. I can shop at a Burlington anywhere and have a wonderful time. However, this time at the Waldorf Burlington on Crain highway it was dreadful! However, one of my favorite products that was always there before, the Prince of Peace Ginger and Honey Crystals were nowhere to be found and I stood in line to check out for over an hour!!!! Now I am an older woman with osteoarthritis in all of my joints so my feet ankles knees hips and my back were on fire the entire time. There were only 2 checkers for over 100 customers waiting in line. I counted them. I started down by the rugs. I don't get to go shopping often, otherwise I would have put everything down and just left because the small amount of stuff I had was certainly not worth the pain I endured to purchase it. The checkers that were there were remarkably friendly and nice as were all the people waiting in line. Thank goodness! I can't imagine what would have happened if a Karen had been in that line.

        I honestly cant believe this store is not hiring currently yet theres always at least 40-50 people in line. Im here on a Thursday evening after work and the wait is just as long as a Sunday or Saturday. This store is clearly bringing the money in. Hire people.This is insane, as well the staff need to be trained on how to get the line down. Slow ringing and with no urgency makes it that much worse.
